Zen Digital Labs provides AI-powered lead capture, voice assistant, and marketing automation services to roofing and HVAC contractors. Our services include but are not limited to: AI voice agents, web chat automation, lead follow-up sequences, competitive intelligence reports, and monthly performance reporting.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
As a client of Zen Digital Labs, you agree to:
Payment terms, including monthly retainer amounts, setup fees, and billing cycles, are specified in the individual service agreement provided to each client. All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We do not require long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zen Digital Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Any competitive intelligence reports, workflows, or automation sequences we create for you as part of our services remain the property of Zen Digital Labs until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to you.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including specific revenue increases, lead volumes, or booking rates. Results vary based on market conditions, business type, call volume, and other factors outside our control.
Industry statistics and benchmarks referenced on our website are sourced from third-party research and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, client lists, pricing, and technical systems. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
